Teeming was fine.

I don’t play ranged so idk how annoying it is for them but I would think that one would be the affix everyone agreed on for being liked

it’s annoying. it inevitably pops up in a way that requires you to cancel a long cast.
it’s not “bad” but i would certainly not say i like it.

It wasn’t. Teeming added more time than any other affix. Nevermind that the teemed mobs were often haphazardly distributed and often turned already tough packs into double lieutenant packs. Meanwhile the easy packs were untouched. Then there was the fact that you needed 2 different routes, the teeming route that required 20% more and your normal route.
Good riddance to that horrible affix. (And I’m typically the shill around here).

tyrannical necrotic is typically better too, sure there are a few boss fights where its rough but i still prefer that over fort necrotic
Last time we had Necrotic, it was paired with Fortified and Sanguine, which was absolutely sadistic. This week it’s paired with Tyrannical, which isn’t nearly as bad. Having to clear your stacks once, maybe twice on a big pull isn’t a huge deal. More than that, and tanks start to run out of tricks…
Not gonna lie, that sounds a little bit like something a victim of abuse would say. He’s doesn’t hit me anymore, it’s mostly just shouting now.
Ugh; teeming was that affix that you thought was fine but was low-key AWFUL. Like the difference in Atal’Dazar (iirc) between Teeming and non-Teeming weeks…(shudder)

I did a couple 17s this week on my bear. But Bears make Necrotic a non issue, like Paladins or Kyrian tanks.
It really isn’t that bad to deal with as long as you manage your stacks and communicate when you want Trees or Earth Ele, Binding Shot, RoP, and RoF.
The problem lies when you get unexpected mobs and people out of position because of Spiteful, there have been a few times where ranged would run into another pack or mini boss.
This week isnt that bad a comp if your team can CC the inspiring and snare to assist in kiting. You can do some big pulls, then kite while DPS nukes. Inspiring just makes it a pain because of mobs that need to be stunned/interrupted. I honestly dont mind these 2.
But when you add Necrotic to Tyrannical, its always a low tank pop week. Some bosses, its more difficult to drops stacks and then its a DPS race. Can they kill the boss, before necrotic kills you? Additionally some tanks just cant do necrotic well. DK’s for example. The other being Paladins. Tanks that use healing as mitigation. Necrotic hurts that so much. So you have fewer tanks wanting to do necrotic.
Its more the fact that Necrotic and Inspiring can be a challenging combo, but workable. While Necrotic+Tyrannical is always a pain on tanks.
It’s not inspiring, it’s Spiteful.
Necrotic with Tyrannical is fine, Necrotic with Fortified just isn’t. The only real counterplay to Necrotic is to end the pull before it starts to matter, that’s much harder to do on fortified week. Fortified/Sanguine/Necrotic was the worst affix week I’ve ever experienced.
