Do you remember the DWB charity event and pet… and the whole controversy that started on the forums over it?
I mean next we should have had a pet to raise money for the pot smoker that got tossed in the Brig in Russia.
He didn’t have a heart attack - he went into cardiac arrest. There’s a difference. A hit at the wrong time and/or in the wrong place can cause this. There’s nothing to indicate drugs were involved.
There it is. Now THIS is more like what wow community would say. When I saw the title of this thread I said to myself “no way this is real.”
She was released and sent home would be moot at this point
“Doctor, we have a doctor here!!!” Ohh whatever… Doesnt matter what you call it outside the medical world and you are right, there is nothing to indicate, but there are plenty of reasons to not take anything off the table.
A few years ago I would have said the same thing…
then I saw first hand the nonsense that was the Doctor’s Without Borders charity event controversy on the forums. People exploiting bad situations for lulz and personal gain no longer surprises me.
I am really surprised there wasn’t a save Brittney post… Prolly was somewhere.
Oh, I saw “DWB controversy” and was totally thinking of something else.
There probally was and like you am surprised but, not enough to go digging around
I’m scared and curious to find out what now…
Yeah I’m that guy that goes to check out the noise in the dark.
It involves driving.
Oh… now I’m disappointed and let down. I was thinking this was gonna get spicy and I was gonna get a good laugh.
mmmm not a doctor, but neither are you, clearly. I, however, did read and listen to what actual doctors said and that’s what they call it in the medical world. Lay people are the ones that call everything a heart attack
Anything and everything is possible when people don’t have all the facts. I just choose not to assume the worst of people I don’t know.
Have a lovely day. This thread will probably be gone soon.
What are Lay people?
I can’t give you exact coords, but I’m sure you could find a couple of those in downtown Philly at night
On topic: It is a shame what happened to him, especially on live TV. I cannot imagine what it’s like to be a parent watching their kid go cold on a football field
Since you’re usually the one doing it, I hope so too.
Oh I mean that was “your mom” with the same name bumping all those necro threads.
Are we sending good vibes to everyone that suffered cardiac arrest, particularly those that were not partaking in a risky sport?
This is the main thing that matters here. Folks suffer everyday but not all are played out on a Monday night with millions watching knowing his mom was in the stands. I feel for the kid and his family but there is no need to post here about it or try to take a stab at Blizzard or make this a “Make a pet for Hamlin” post.
Lay people are like a watered down pastor or minister, at least that’s how it was explained to me when I was a kid
