I feel your pain. The only thing that has ever worked for me was to position myself on one of the catwalks and taunt her to attack me on that. As a hunter I use my interrupting shot to get her attention. As warrior, monk, and pally, I use their taunts. I have barely played my DK since WotLK, but I am pretty sure he has a taunt ability too.
