Same here. Disconnected right when character screen should pop up.
imagine this boys, imagine this. I can log into the companion app and do my stupid missions, but i cant log into the game to play

I am seeing a toon that is not mine in my list when I click on “Change Character” on this support page. Is there something mixed up with the accounts?
No i tried to uninstall the game and am still getting the same issue here in Connecticut… my brother is playing fine on his PC next to me

Here’s a genius idea… QUIT PHUQING WITH IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Obviously you guys can’t change a damn thing without messing something else up… how bout hiring employees that can get their act together and actually deliver a working product on time… Or improve on your customer service skills and quit making us pay for days that we can’t play because again… Blizzard phuqed up… It’s been approximately 3 weeks since the xpac dropped. And atleast the second time that I am personally aware of that players have not been able to play the game they paid for. Wonder why people are getting pissed.

Yeah, but the guy stated that his wife can log in with his account, even though he can not. I would think that if he could not log in his account, then she would not be able to.

its something to do with out characters, soon as long in is complete and it goes to character selection screen we get bumped. Posting trace routes and such is waste of time. I see others saying they had no charterers just before this problem popped up.
man, i wish i saw this thread earlier, i restarted my computer 3 times, re-installed the game twice, and ran the repair tool twice.

I haven’t been able to login at all since maintenance. Tried first at like 3pm and again at 4pm and i still can’t get on. I think server maintenance and issues now are unrelated now. Obviously we can’t login because of the update and maintenance but ya
