you just click on your portrait top right, bottom option is to change character

someone on reddit said that a friend who can log in sent them their cache folder. The one who couldnt log in replaced their cache folder with that and it worked
i did not try this myself but who knows

Is it just me or did they likely stop showing new posts on their twitter account? its been over an hour since a post and HOURS since this issue started for all players effected by this issue.
Nov 23rd, Nov 26th, Nov 27th, Nov 29th, Dec 8th.
They’ve had this issue, 30% of the days Shadowlands has been out. Add the days with maintenance and the game is barely making 50% “problem free” days.
