Same here, Dalaran US server. Been laggy since the server reset this morning and now I’m getting the black character selection screen.

i am having issues logging in so 1st takes forever to log in then my character selection screen is blank after 5min my toon shows then when i log in takes forever to get in then everyone is unknown there is like a HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE delay

A friend posted about a black screen on Discord. I thought it might be a him thing, so I went to log on and got it as well.

Posted in CS, was directed here.

Another poster said they could log in just fine, and brought up it could possibly be an ISP thing? Just wanted to add a voice and the info I had to the party here.

seems blizzard is giving people a new years resolution of not being able to get into wow.

p.s. maybe they are updating the realms for a special new years event? more than just the every year firework show since this is the 15th event still

same, i was in a dungeon wand experiencing crazy latency issues. I couldn’t heal my tank lol.
