Deathborne should not have a cast time. And if they want to buff this ability they should probably just reduce the cooldown.
I can live with the cast time.
Reducing the CD to 2 minutes would let it line up with Arcane power without much fuss, however I would love to see it take over the major CD spot (current effects in addition to the major CD). 1 less button to press, and there’s plenty of precedent for it in other cov abilities.
