This nerf is on top of the already existing flat 25% nerf.
Stop forgetting about your previous tuning changes, this is awful game design.

It’s a shame that I leveled my frost day one of the exp. He is still a beast in pve but I don’t pve as much as arenas now a days. The nerf was like someone dragged their nuts across the number pad and went along with what numbers the nuts chose.
