Rip Snapshotting in general. I didnât even get UVLS on my Warlock! 
But yeah, Tsalera. Necrotic Plague was introduced during WoD. Snapshotting died when Siege of Orgrimmar came out. Festerblight along with it.
That being said though, FeS did extend the duration of diseases from I believe Cataclysm to Warlords. Frost Fever, Blood Plague and Chains of Ice.
Necrotic Plague being introduced in Warlord of Draenor, a very powerful disease (so powerful that it was still good after 90% damage nerf from WoD beta) that stacks for increased intensity rather than refreshing its duration for every means of applying diseases such as Outbreak, Pestilence and get this: Unholy Blight.
So Unholy Blight had ways to amplify the Necrotic Plague application as well as Festering Strike extending its duration by whopping 6 seconds, you had a recipe of a really good time as an Unholy Death Knight during Blackrock Foundry!
It was a peak rot experience that I do thoroughly enjoy. If it were to return, I think a lot of things should be changed a bit just to work with NP because itâs not going to work as much today.

I have learned a very important lesson today, even if there is hard evidence of something being true you will ignore it. Trying to change your mind is a waste of time because you care less for reality than you do your own ego.
But hey, at least I was able to keep myself busy on a slow day at work, and I would be lying if I said it wasnât entertaining.
I should apologize to my fellow death knights though that I wasted so much of this thread arguing with a rock. I am actually sorry for anyone having to read through all our garbage.
