I know the pvp set at least had different colors. Shame pve was left out then.
If they don’t have at least 1 new color, people will be very disappointed. But then again, Blizz has ignored DK feedback for years so maybe skin colors will be the one thing they listen to >_<
They did not. All of these were attainable during S3 and S4 of Shadowlands.
Armor wise, Fated S4 in Shadowlands was literally just S3 tier across the board. There were no new recolors and just a chance to get the prior season’s color scheme again and another 6months~ for the PvP elite appearance.

Naturally you go out of your way for good research. I appreciate it. SL was so bad that I try to keep it out of mind. haha. It is sad though, why even ask us for a poll if they are just gunna reuse all the same colors and more then >_<

I ask you to look at the unique pieces rather than the whole set as a transmog.
These are pieces you can use in your other mogs, finally giving you a belt that matches etc.
This is also assuming they give us a new tint, I think there’s a lot of misinformation right now and I wish they gave the community a heads-up before kicking off the votes.

With the catalyst you can get the whole transmog set that season if that is what you care about.
Yeah I didn’t even play season 4 SL because I already had all the armor sets and the rest of the content was recycled.
I think at best we’ll get 1-2 recolors this time. It’d be hilarious if they asked us to vote to just give the same sets again though.

They’ll probably make it purple. Shadowlands S4 had a purple KSM mount and the leaked DF S4 glad mount is a purple version of S1.

I cant use the Demon Gaze hood anymore, mostly because it was made before they had tech to anchor the bottom of the hood to the characters collar like the more recent hoods do.

Tbh that’s the one piece of the set I’d never use, but only because I always hide my helm slot anyway. I legit can’t think of a single helm I like in the entire game

yeah actually asking for our vote on the pvp appearance is silly, because to be honest, i want it to be the S3 mog because its awesome, but if its going to just be the exact same color, then i dont want to give other people another 6 months to obtain the set and dilute its value
This is such a dumb idea its insane, unless they plan to actually put effort into the game and make it a different color scheme at LEAST

Season 2 Helmet is comical. Rest of the set is fine. S3 is the best DK set ever released going back to old WC2 DK look.

There is a whole reddit thread about Season 2 appearance. They patched and no matter what you do, you only get LFR.
I thinkin people don’t realize that you can still get season 1 and season 3 appearance. While season 2 you can only get it’s LFR appearance.
If they don’t do re-colours and the set bonus is the same as season 3 won’t a lot of people not bother playing the next season? If it’s just season 4 is just season 3 with higher item levels.
Voting with the expectation that they’ll have new colors is silly. There was plenty of time for them to confirm that with plenty of people in each class post asking whether there were going to be new colors and Blizzard never confirmed it.
I will be surprised if there are new colors. Transmog panel typically lines up with the associated raid, not season - with the exception of PvP gear. But, if we look at the example of Season 3 & 4 in Shadowlands, it specifically calls out Season 3 and 4 with the same set and same colors. It would be unlike them to add 6 new colors for all of the sets.
Thus, I am confused on the votes for S3. You can always mog S3 if you didn’t like what was picked - since, you know, we can get it right now.
