Has anyone crafted this legendary and paired it with Rune of Sanguination to get an execute effect off in pvp? Is it worth the soul ash? Does it hit hard in pve?
You’re better off using different leggo.
Death’s Certainty is not a strong leggo by itself.
Time of sang has a long CD, so no.
Check back when were maxed out next tier, if we can use 2 leggo then it may be good if you want to fish for procs whilst using the Condit for SD proc dmg during a Frenzied Monstrosity or Sephs boost window.
Won’t compete with epidemic if more than 3-4 targets though.
Yea I’ve crafted all the big ones with CRW being the latest which I love btw. Just looking for some niche fun ones now. Sephuz seems pretty good too.
It’s BiS or at least tied for BiS relative to Blood PvP.
However it’s quite bad on Unholy/Frost, I’ve tested it myself.
