Heck I’d be happy if they just went with “If you can technically equip it, then you can mog it”.
This is, of course, being wished for by a guy who has exactly squat of an idea what it takes to develop transmog coding, so I’m sure there’s a hot mess in that wish somewhere that I’m not seeing.
