Technically there is no fat weight either…
Fat is a natural constituent of the body that healthy humans have within appropriate ranges. Those that have too much or too little of certain types of fat are the ones in medical problem territory.
Of course, socially, we tend to view too much fat as being the individuals worthy of shame and/or sympathy – but in truth, those size 2 toothpicks out there are probably just as in danger medically while being absolved on the value judgment front.
I think it’s pretty cool that the Kul Tirans are husky folks and hope that Blizzard leaves it in. Not as some sort of SJW campaign item, but just because it gives the feel of proper diversity to the composition of the population. Most players will choose to make their idealized form in an avatar and have been socialized to see thin as good and large as bad. It’s good to see Blizzard making the world a little more interesting looking.

Personally I am just hoping they spread the thin model and the fat model around to the other human nations. Just give them regular human voices. It would make the world feel more lively to have a wide range of different human NPCs.
If wow devs were smart, they’d put normal humans as a choice, that’d sell more race changes I bet, specially for Druids and Shamans.

They have different hair styles and facial hair.
If you don’t like the fat model then don’t play it. They were never once advertised to have thin Kul’tirans be an option. So only have yourself to blame.

Human, KT, gnome, etc. Just different pixels and minor racial effects… Nothing significant.
The “skinny model” of Flynn and others is just the regular human model. They don’t look any different than normal humans you can already play so you want the normal human model with the new Kultiran racials?
Nope. Sorry. Doesn’t work that way.
You’ll take your new humans thick and chunky like my salsa and you’ll like it!

If you don’t like that model then don’t play with it. Druid’s have other races.
Honestly really wanted a thin type KT mage and name him Raistlin. Blizz is over here crushing my dreams again and again…

Hey look! /points at Cinome
The short chubby Gnome has an issue with tall robust people.
I hope we can be normal or thin Kul’tirans, fat people absolutely disgust me.
Just have a option like posture for Orcs, skinny, normal and fat options so everyone wins.

Kul Tiran has a number of classes the SW Humans do not (e.g. Druid and Shaman). They also get a sweet trench coat, to boot.

And yet you support playable ogres. How curious
On topic, skinny + Stormwind human models please. Although the female kultiran was buffed the faces are still terrible. The males are not as bad , but I wish they had more of a Zangief body type than the big belly they have.
I support any and every “fantasy” race, Not a race about humans, I like to seperate fantasy and fiction… and like I said just have a option like Orcs posture everyone happy.
It’s just a personal opinion obesity and all disgust me when it comes to human beings, I like fat cats and dogs and Ogres
Ugh…please not another Raistlin mage…that’s almost as bad as xLegolasx the hunter…
Honestly a Raistlin looking mage makes WAY more sense than our pro wrestler looking current humans.
“Arcane arts? Let me finish some burpees then i’ll cast my fireballs!”
And I want fat elves, but neither of us will get our way. Every race has only one body type, why kul tirans would be any different? If you want a thin druid stop being a spoiled brat and go play another race.
Stooped Orcs and straightbacked Orcs argue your point. While same body different posture, still shows alot more effort put in…especially when you have the rigging and skeleton in place as is…
I said body type, not posture. I’m not against more customization options, but all these requests for the regular human model are simply because these people don’t want to play a fat character. And if someone doesn’t wanna play a fat character, that is completely ok, there are still 19 non-fat races for you to play, just pick any of them.
And whats wrong with having skinny, bony chars based on existing rigging and skeletons? Hmm? Nothing. People want it to be able to either have more …shudder…immersion or have more logic to things. Again see burpee comment. Someone who has devoted their life to arcane arts, forsaking the physical, SHOULD be either large gutted and obeseish, or scrawny barely having any muscle really. It makes much more sense as really, mages spend a lot of time studying, using the arcane for most mundane tasks, etc. Sure would some have some body tone? Yeah, but the human body without actual exercise or such will lose muscle definition, converting it to fat, which is then used if the body doesn’t eat.
