Dear Alliance: why are Horde warriors so ineffective?

You can’t hit the mage they’re trying to kill with an Earthbind Totem, though.

If you have Earthgrasp it gives you a 20% increased effect on Earthbind, but most mages will blink out of range of an earthbind, regardless who drops it. If you’re in melee with the warrior against a mage, you will most likely get frost nova’ed with the warrior and if your trinket is not usable, then your melee skills are as useless as the warrior. Meanwhile an ele or resto can avoid the frost nova radius if they dont stay too close from the warrior.

I’m not sure what makes you think “force a blink while the warrior still has intercept” is a bad result.

Beyond that, I don’t think fixating on details is in any way an argument against the core simple facts that are obvious to anyone with any shaman PVP experience.

Core assertion: GCD management and position management are real things and only enhancement has the freedom to maximize them for utility, since elemental and restoration both have other things to worry about with those mechanics. You can either agree or disagree, either is fine with me.
