Yes, IK because YOU don’t want to pay for a transfer (which is fine), at the same time still not being sure, if you’re going to even be around long enough to warrant such an offer. But, hey! You know, it’s ALL about YOU, though.
Again, I look at the bigger picture. Beyond just Server Transferring. There are the likes (keyword) of you that are self absorbed in their own bubble and ask Blizzard to cater to THEIR wants and needs with (again) little to zero regard of everyone else.
You don’t want to “pay” to transfer but want the LUXURY of a FREE handout/giveaway for a game, you’re not really entirely sure you’re going to continue playing on 
To which is a PvP Server, mind you. In case anyone (who’s like me) dislikes PvP Servers.
