Do not use your SL boost if you intend on using it for a character you actually want to use. You don’t get access to: HoA, essences or anything else that came with BFA. You don’t even have access to “Veteran of The Fourth War”; Azerite traits (which were going away anyway BUT we were told this was the time to farm achievements so that kind of negates that) so basically, for 3 days, I’ve been farming ICC whilst waiting for Actizard to respond to a ticket made nearly 5 days ago, lol.
TL;DR Manually level your characters because you wont see a replacement boost for the one that you wasted, nor help from support (like any of us thought THAT would happen.)
