Dead End Friends was founded 7.5 years ago at the launch of BFA ( Yes you are old, no it doesn’t stop hurting in that one spot). The community was created after its founders had collectively spent their time in the revolving door of guild recruitment. Never feeling comfortably ‘part’ of something beyond a convenient excuse to get 20 or so Capital ‘G’ Gamers together to kill some bosses. And after so many years, and let’s be honest, socially and mechanically challenging eras of WoW’s development… we feel like MAYBE we’ve got something worth being a part of here? We prefer to keep things cozy and familiar with an approach to raiding that looks to encourage team play, personal growth and overall team development WITHOUT the generally abrasive edge that the WoW community is oh so famous for.

Dead End Friends is an inclusive community, founded by a diverse group of many walks of life and perspectives we operate on a ZERO tolerance policy for hate speech, bigotry or harassment of any sort.
As we are a community focused group with a varied age range for members, as well as in some cases family of members our policy around image and video content on discord is strictly SFW only.
New trials have a probationary period of typically 2-3 weeks to ensure that they are happy and comfortable being a part of the team and vice versa. We are applying to have you join us, as much as you are applying to join us!
