Same issue here. Portal to Stormwind from Oribos, or portal to Oribos from Stormwind.
Either it disconnects me or spits me back out at source location after loading bar doesn’t move for a few minutes.
Can get to Stormwind through Dalaran portal and can hearth into Oribos. Just the portals between capital and Oribos either direction is busted.
