Sadly done this quest a long time ago.
We have an entire topic of what we have tried here, and we’ve come to the conclusion that it is a bug on blizzards side.
A GM has confirmed we SHOULD have them unlocked, but we don’t - for unknown reason.
And nowadays GMs are either AI (Almost all my answers were AI), and they - for some reason - can’t “flip switches” for people anymore and fix things on individual levels.
It’s very frustrating and depressing, knowing this bug will likely never get fixed, cause only me and this one other person has reported this issue and gone so in depth about trying to solve it, coming to said conclusion that it is a BUG.
