Met quite a few couples who play WoW (among other games). Can’t speak towards all couples but it seems the ones who play the same games together are the best ones. Sadly cannot speak on it to much as I don’t have a significant other either. I do have a cat though…she ignores me and only gives me attention when it’s her feeding time…or when she wants attention herself.

I’m too cynical for anyone anyone to want to be my significant other.
When my wife wants me to go away but in a loving manner she tells me to go do my WoW chores. I’m too dumb to notice the condescension. Or too excited to play.

Nope. May be time for a new SO if they can’t handle you having your own hobbies. This is obviously assuming that it is a hobby and not your life.

Id say it depends. Balance is key. Too much wow and its not fair to her. But she also needs to respect the fact that you have a life of your own and you choose what to do with it.

Not only does my significant other not harass me, he’s always making sure I have the best software/hardware we can afford to make my gaming more fun.
No, there’s no ulterior motive. He’s nearly always practicing music when I’m gaming. And believe me, you can tell when someone is playing saxophone in the next room.

Been married for 29 years. My hubby used to drive 35 minutes to the store to buy the expansions for me before we could purchase them on line. He always made sure I had everything I needed to play.
He has his hobbies and I have mine. He did however sometimes kiss my neck during a raid which can be a bit distracting.
