I heard that DotI was a decent place to get Fractured Spark of Awakening (been leveling up DF crafting profs on various alts so I can get the decor recipes). So I’ve tried soloing it, but no matter what, after killing the 1st boss, the 2nd boss (Manifestation of Time) just isn’t there. Heroic or Mythic - 0, characters that have and chars that haven’t done all the questing leading up to the dungeon, one character that actually completed the whole thing back when DF was current. Am I forgetting something stupidly obvious, or is this thing bugged?
You need to kill the trash around the portals on the platform to get the boss to spawn.

There are 4 portals around the arena that spawn elite mobs, as well as two elite mobs patrolling the central platform. All of them must be killed before the boss spawns.
If they aren’t spawning after you do that, you should fill a bug report out.
