Well, Arathi required some fairly “creative” re-writes to justify them being where they are, whereas Haranir are new so it’s apples and bowling balls really.
Though the best argument against Arathi is that they’re just kind of boring. The “OTHER SIDE OF AZEROTH” was basically a blank slate and Blizzard could’ve done anything they wanted with it, they already proved they can integrate new continents with entirely new races and narrative arcs well – that’s literally just what Kalimdor was. Instead we get… essentially Half-Elves… and the worship the light… how groundbreaking!
Since you’re going to throw your hands up and try to talk about how this community will “never be pleased,” let me ask you the inverse: is there any slop you won’t defend on the basis of it being new?
