Not if you don’t have DF professions trained. Also, doesn’t seem like you get knowledge if your DF profession is under 25. So, it’s a nerf to anyone under 60 or doesn’t have the knowledge part of DF professions unlocked yet. Anyone who doesn’t have DF level professions should be getting +5 skill points.
