So I said in other threads that on ptr, the racials that weren’t putting trinket on a 30s cd were fixed for healers. I never tested it for non healers, and it turns out that fixing the cooldown caused some to shift up 30 seconds to 1 minute for non healers. On ptr right now, will of the forsaken properly puts trinket on a 30 second cd for both healer and non healer, will to survive is still 90s/90s and completely useless for healers, and stoneform and fireblood are 30 for healers and 60 for no…
