Damage increases and Liberation

Would the flat damage increases announced for Holy Paladin also affect the damage dealt by Liberation?

I know Liberation damage is a percentage of the healing done by WoG/LoD, but wasn’t sure if damage modifiers would also apply after the percentage of healing amount.

Probably not.

I used the Brann Aegis ability that gives % damage increase and found it did not affect it at all. Always a chance for spaghetti code but not expecting it to increase the damage.
