You’re bringing entirely the wrong energy to this topic. It wasn’t that serious from the get go.
Guys, the key is in how it was capitalized, or rather the lack of it.
If it was talking about the Judeo-Christian afterlife, it would have been capitalized to Heaven, for Heaven is a proper noun. However, the lack of capitalization means the word is being used as its colloquial definition “a good afterlife”.

I say it does because it’s not capitalized and heaven simply means a blissful after life.
Also we have plenty of mentions of hell in game as well…

My argument it that it’s a really bad cliche phrase and just makes the character sound dumb. Like I said earlier, not even good cheesy like Khadgar. Just bad cheese. lol

Did you guys know that there is an entire expansion of the TCG called “Crown of the Heavens”?
Why are people acting like this word is so out of place in WoW? Seems an odd thing to get irked by.

Pretty sure that WoW TCG is non-canon.
Because not all of us are. Only Tahonto seems to be having a meltdown over it.
I just think it’s the worst cliche they could’ve pulled out to use because it’s bad and makes the character sound stupid.
Not all clichés are funny or witty or make them sound cute. And this one has always been horrible. I want to see Khadgar style cheese. That’s good cheese. This phrase, used anywhere, has always been eyerolling bad cheese that makes characters sound dumb.
I don’t think the OP, but some people would prob get an udder attack because of inclusivity BS and Christianity= bad

Why not lead with that, instead of referencing non-canon material?
Because any warcraft merch has the word heaven in it, it probably means it’s safe to use in a warcraft setting
