Just completed the Achievement, I am showing on the Summary page that it’s done, but I did not get the Schematic for Pale Regal Cevid. I did get a piece of mail immediately from Thaumaturge Vashreen with the subject ‘Lost Item’ saying “We discovered this curious item in one of our vaults. And it apparently belongs to you.” But nothing attached. Please help?
Check the forge, after you get the achievement the recipe will unlock. You dont need a schematic.

The developers apparently changed how that achievement works. As Mairek said, the schematic becomes “known” at the forge with no recipe in your inventory or mailbox. And the Postmaster email is probably a bugged remnant of how it worked before it went live.
