I agree, I’d go yellow for sure.

Yu’lon is my favorite celestial but I like the yellow color of Niuzao.

I would probably go with Chi-Ji for red mist. If this does get implemented, I’d also hope it applies to Crackling Jade Lightning for a big sith vibe.

There is a glyph for this already in the game.

There’s a glyph for a red soothing mist? Or you just mean the CJL colors?
I’m also talking about expanding it to all mist effects, Vivify, Revitalize, Essence Font…

I thought about that but then reminded myself that was Mind Flay. I started teasing the idea of an encrypted secret legendary quest chain though that’s a big hungry time and gold sink to unlock a “mix” of colors, so you shoot rainbow mist instead. The celestials working together as one to overcome. (Borrowed from Rainbow Generator)

Negative, would be like being able to choose your shadowbolt color as a Warlock. They chose that color to visually represent the use of Chi as a magic type. The Celestials have nothing to do with the color of this magic as Chi exists independently from them entirely. The combat style utilized by monks was created in their images but the magic exists outside of that.
Yeah, that’s something they’ve said in the past but Warlocks also had green fire. Further, things like this exist:
As we move to more customization and ways to interact with you character, more spell diversity is a good thing. Frostfire balls for every Mage and a pony for every person!
Even if they don’t ever expand the glyph system (which would be a huge loss for them) monk spell visuals have been in desperate need of an upgrade for years. But alas, blizzard doesn’t care about monk and only ever does the bare minimum for them…just look at our tier sets…

Necromancer was a recent class survey, so here goes.
I am here once again asking for your support. As the Blizzard team seems to lean heavier into chill vibes and artistic expression as a legitimate interaction with the franchise, it seems appropriate to once again ask what level of Spellcrafting is possible in the engine.
Is this a possible future feature? Aesthetically tweaking your very combat abilities to express yourself in the heaviest block of time in game? Or is look and feel held back only for standing around in the passive areas of the game world?
Red mist color would be badass. I would want to change the color of Ring of Peace to white, so people won’t be so afraid of it.
If I could devote myself to Niuzao the Yellow, I would forever main Monk.

It never ceases to amaze me that Revival’s animation is still what it is lmao.
It is the most lackluster visual bar none, and it’s our Big Whamo Heal.
I do not do not do not understand why they haven’t given it more love.
It would be pretty cool to get some glyphs to change all the colors of the whole toolkit ( mists/CJL/life cocoon ) to either red/gold/Blueish-white colors

I fully support this post! I also would like to add turning the celestial’s color for the duration the celestial is out like with Chi-Ji!
- Glyphs to change the color of your Chi abilities to match the celestial you choose
- Turning the celestial’s color when they are summoned
- and a glyph / person to remove that effect
- Revival animation update

OMG would Loove purple lol.
of the provided options though I would either stick to green or perhaps do white.
is the current color in the list. Currently we have more of a teal right? Or does everyone consider it just to look green lol.
