yeah this isn’t working at all, I did a /reload and that didn’t help at all. Please fix it, like now. specifically I was trying to transfer Nethershards from Legion from one character to another.
what’s this mean
a polite request for Blizzard to fix what should be a top priority issue. If it is just happening to me, then sure it’s probably not top priority. but I don’t think it is just happening to me

It’s not just you. That said, trade chat gave me a solution - log into ALL characters that have the currency you’re trying to transfer, then pop back to your main. It’s the game database struggling to load the information for some very old alts.
Still should be fixed, but this is at least a temporary solution.

This is a constant issue for me. Just adding my voice so hopefully this gets fixed.
Is this like when the D4 Devs said when you load into town you load “other player’s stash tabs too”. Jokes aside, yeah this bug is happening to me too, and it’s very obnoxious. Just let me transfer valorstones so I can go spam more M+.

Edit: as suggested above worked…still frustrating especially if you are like me & have lots of alts…at least there is a workaround I guess

I am currently having the same issue. i can not transfer any currencies to alts ect.

I am having this problem and the ‘fix’ listed above is not viable for people with lots of alts to do everytime this issue happens.
Come back to say that it broke again and there is no way I am relogging onto everything again to fix it
This is ridiculous, a major feature that doesnt even work, full stop. Am I supposed to log into all 50 level 1 characters too or is it just max characters, max characters not fixing the issue, I seriously have to log into 50 alts?
Sadly in the same boat. I don’t know which of my characters has the currency I need and even if I log onto every character, I’d rather not have to do that everytime as the problem seems to reset. I didn’t have this problem at all up until the patch where they messed with the Undercoin.
This seems to have become an issue again since 11.2.7. Particularly unfortunate with all the housing decor items players (like me) will be wanting to pool - and use - old currencies on.

I am having this issue on all my characters, on both my accounts. I’ve scanned and repaired my game, disabled all addons, and nothing works.
It’s infinitely frustrating, because I need currency to buy decor. 
have you tried the fix? I was having the issue again but after logging in to all my characters it worked again. thankfully there were only 3 with bronze so it didn’t take me too long

Is it the bronze that’s causing the issue? Do I need to log in EVERY character on both my accounts, even old ones I haven’t played in a decade?
