So I bought the Midnight base edition but didn’t read the fine print that Game time wasn’t included so my sub expired before I could obtain another wow token, is there any way I can obtain my gold/auction items that are in the mail before they expire and I lose them? any help would be appreciated but I understand if I am not able too. figured might as well take a shot in the dark so to speak, thank you
You’re welcome to put in a ticket and see if a game master might oblige, but I believe they’ve largely stopped offering this service, unfortunately.

What u could do is ask a friend to mail you gold, gold in the mailbox is still counted towards the wow token purchase.
After you come back you can always mail them back gold but yea.

I tried looking through the options to open a ticket, but it kept directing me to Mail recovery and item recovery where I don’t have a specific item since I kind of put up a multitude of items on the auction house before I lost game time. unless i was looking in the wrong spots of the support area
Have you tried logging into character select screen and seen if it offers the link to get game time that way? Gold can’t be in warbank I believe so if not enough gold on one toon it’s taken from multiple toons to purchase. Last time i logged in it offered me that option to subscribe if i wanted.

You could try asking for a day of game time to sort that out. As long as it isnt habitual Blizz usually seem to be pretty helpful in that regard

Try submitting a ticket HERE if you’ve not already found another path.
Just in case you get a templated response back, just kick it back into the queue with the “I still need more help” option. That’ll push it into line for a GM to respond with directly.
