It’s rather unfortunate how I can’t push myself to be as outwardly organized in my living space as I am with all my varying game inventories.

Filed my taxes tonight. I’ve always gotten a refund, and it’s always taken the IRS at least a week to accept my e-filed return. This year, I owe them and they accepted it in under two hours.

I know, I know. RP nerd, yes. But can I just flail about a bit for all the new stuff that is kind of coming out on the regular now? Little additions here and there? The multiple color variation of the Human (my Scarlet gal is much appreciative) and Orc armor. More hair colors. Now just give me my Night Elf heritage armor, and no one gets hurt.
Of course as soon as the Trading Post goes active state-side, I’ll be all over that too. I’m counting this next year down so I can get my warden mog.
I guess I really do need to get off my duff and get back to leveling. I did my two main rogues on MG and WRA (Alliance and Horde respectively, of course), but haven’t been doing much beyond the crafting weeklies and some mat farming. I’m so behind on the rep farms too.

I had seen that! I was wondering if they would need to do a quick bout of restarts or anything before it launched, but I admittedly haven’t checked the launcher or anything since I logged on several hours ago.

Just in case we see questions pop up about why someone cannot access the Trading Post once it opens in NA later today, here is a link to a new Support Article.
The Trading Post, Trader’s Tender, and the Traveler’s Log in the Adventure Journal are only available to characters that are:
- On a WoW account with an active subscription/game time
- Level 10 or above
In addition, you will need to have completed the account wide quest Tour the Trading Post on any character.
The Trading Post is not available in WoW Classic or Wrath of the Lich King Classic.

Reading the threads on EU about Trading Post is definitely making me want to wait til much later to even do anything with it. But hopefully they can get those issues sorted quickly.
At the risk of showing how petty I can be when it’s warranted, am I the only one who would accept the lack of the game if the Devs decided to dedicate one week of up and down time (emphasis on the downtime) to remind folks or show the newer players just how bad things used to be with the immensely long 8+ hour downtimes, maintenance every day, up and right back down, etc. Give them a true taste of how bad things used to be and how much better it is now…
It always just trips me out with all the raging threads here and especially in GD. Of course, you get a dozen ragers and then someone who very well recalls those days sitting back and just shaking their head at it all.

I’ve been here from day one and know about the down times. I do understand the frustration though. It’s the same people getting hit over and over again. Eastern time zone mornings. Yes, I know it’s low population time, but it does get tiring always being the ones hit.
