Today is the first day of camp for the kids. Hopefully they’re having a blast. Son is at a Harry Potter camp this week and daughter is at a dance camp :slight_smile:

You can probably talk to one of the cast members, just to be sure, I would hope they’d have some kind of rating system, but I don’t remember seeing anything that stood out. There are laser and missile blasts, but I don’t recall anything strobe like. I think the flashiest there was is when you jump to hyperspace. You might stick to the gunner or engineer positions in the ride, so you are not right in front of the screen and aren’t responsible for jumping to hyperspace. Just be sure to hit your buttons! It’s an interactive adventure.

Did you pick up anything fun last time you were at Galaxies Edge? I managed to get a hat for an officer uniform I am building for the 501st Legion and an IG-88 keychain for my brother.

Not yet. I’m trying to be careful because I could easily spend a lot of money in that place. I figure I’ll put aside some money for my lightsaber and maybe a holocron.

Ordered an 3rd Gen i7 machine for about $180 from NewEgg. I’m gonna use the ram, video card, and hard drives from my old machine to bring it up to spec. Happy Birthday to me!

I’m feeling a bit funky and out of it; not sure why. Maybe it’s because I’m the only person on my team who was able to make it into work today and it’s making me loopy.

I wish I knew how to do that stuff. Best Buy had a 2 TB HD for $169 last time i was there. I don’t need that much space, but the 1 TB was $139, so why not right?

But I don’t know how to install it, move the files over, if I need a better power supply, etc. Pretty much I know how to make things appear on a screen when they are supposed to appear. Sometimes haha.

First post in new [lounge] thread, and not for the best of reasons. My health is giving me a real run for the money. Spent Fri-Sat-Sun of last week in the hospital, the rest of last week home on Dr. orders taking antibiotics, and today got news that throws a real wrench in the works. I can only cross my fingers and hope 2020 will be a better year.
