[CS Lounge] Centaurian Autumnal Celebration

Red-light green-light where if they get caught moving they die. So “mature” as in not “PG”.

I’m having my Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow since I’m at work today. We are having some guests come over as well.

Same to you! Hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving weekend!

Go Lions! :lion: Oh, wait. They lost again. Way to go team! At least our ex quarterback is doing good. Go ex quarterback! :football:

:scream: :eyes: They may actually pull it off! Nope.

No turkey here today or tomorrow. By choice. I don’t like turkey.

Fifty-six consecutive rebuilding years.

Woot! Someday our ship will come in. I’m betting 2112?

Rather optimostic dont you think?

thanksgiving dinner was quite good. some turkey, stuffing mashed tatoes with gravy and some smoked ham, straight from the smoker. got some leftovers for tomorrow at least, so i don’t need to worry about what to have at least.

then who’s is it? runs out

With the Lion’s luck, they’ll be at the airport.

Reminds me of the phrase “If it wasn’t for bad luck I’d have no luck at all!”.

That’s just an overture on your part.

lack of sleep so i’m up playing WoW. bah… well at least it gives me a chance to look at my old Priest and decide if i should keep her or make a new one from scratch.

so far, i’m leaning towards the former. her fishing skill is maxed out in Classic through Cata, still working on Pandaria, and Draenor is at 1. she’s got a lot of the profession dailies done for cooking and fishing…though i was thinking of taking up tailoring on her (even though i’ve got it on my Mage), she’s got Alchemy maxed out up to Draenor (and that’s 50/100)

even though my Druid has Alchemy as well…still deciding if i should go through with it.

Nice storm came through last night. Drove temperatires down. Looks like another coming tomorrow and will keep em down all week.

I will most definately take it.

Yeah - hit us about 2 or 3. Enough thunder to wake the dog up so she could snuggle in closer for “safety”. Not that storms really bother her, just fireworks and similar sounds. And golf carts. And bikes.

But a beautiful cooling trend on the way - the weekend should see highs below 60 and lows in the 40s. Fingers crossed we won’t see any more 80+ days for a good while.

You know it’s going to be a Monday when the condo unit above you is on the front page of the local newspaper. (Edit: I should add that it is for sale, not a crime scene  )

Looks like I’ll be having some random noises from the balconies above for the next week or so.

Hmm, which day would be good for smoking on the big green egg? (Can’t be Thursday)

Went to leqve work to pick up Boogy for school. Car would not go into any gear.

About 10 minutrs of fussing with it and it finally went.

I cant trust it anymore and not paying for a new computer or transmission, whichever it is.

So. Shopping for a new car today while at work. Hope to purchase something tonight

I stare at my celery and peanut butter snack last night, and I ask myself - who am I… and where is my pizza

Well, don’t let it go to waste - eat the celery and peanut butter while you’re waiting for the pizza to get delivered.

My mom decided a celebratory pizza was in order yesterday. After her bus trip, she found out one of the passengers had tested positive, as well as her roommate. They’re all vaccinated, so not too worried, but still. She got her “Negative” results back yesterday. And I got mine back on Friday, so we’re most likely in the clear. And if I never have to have one of those tests again, it’ll be too soon.

Glad to hear that both were negative! Those nose swab tests are anything but pleasant!

I’m focused right now on my brother’s wedding. After that though, I’m ordering pizza. :pizza: And no one can stop me.
