LAN parties are awesome. I’ll be going to a all-nighter LAN party at the Downtown Internet Lounge where I live this weekend.

It’s at a great price too! You get internet all night, (2) slices of pizza, and a drink, All for $30.

I own an old carbon steel butcher knife, and a skinning knife, and a cleaver.

I don’t use any of them often, but I do use a chef’s knife all the time and a slicing knife fairly often.

I’ll bet it was a chef’s knife, everybody calls them butcher knives now days.

My first Lan-Party was actually at a big university near where I live. My friend who invited me asked me to wear my 501st Legion Clone Trooper armor while he wore his Biker Scout armor. We came in 3rd in a Halo 3 competition!

PS: I read that Sydney hasn’t seen any significate snowfall since 1836 and that the Aborigines were alarmed by the snow; So I’m not sure where this video was made, maybe in the Blue Mountains?

Well, shoulder is feeling about a bajillion times better. There is still a little pain, but it is barely noticeable. Doubled my sleep last night. Got a rockin 4 hours, and woke up like I had just slept for a week. Think I will need to retrain myself on how to sleep.

Oh did I feel the lack of sleep in the raid last night. Heroic Conclave and looking over the meters, I purged like 5 times, in all of our pulls. We had a shaman with 16 dispels in ONE FIGHT and yeah. I was mega tunnel visioned. Last pull of the night and I lusted about 5 seconds into the pull. Turned out to be our best pull. Didn’t even realize i had lusted until about 10 seconds later, and it took me another 15 to realize it was me that did it. Had that been the first pull, I would have sat myself as that was when I really noticed how poor my performance was. On a progression boss for us no less. Oh well. The guild all knew what was going on haha.

As for Dathrel and Orion two post above me, I am going to respect Alvraen request a few days ago not to discuss things like that in this thread, but my opinion will not be hard to discover if you are curious on the matter.

Happy Hump day people. In about 200 more read posts I will be able to welcome you to it proper like.

Activision Blizzard (parent company for Blizzard, King, and Activision Publishing) had “record growth” in 2018, but decided it wasn’t good enough, so they ordered layoffs. It’s a facepalm example of sore winning (being upset that a win wasn’t as strong as you wanted).

I very, very strongly suspect Destiny 2 is involved in all this, and I think Activision Publishing has had a couple other failures in 2018.

Not too sure to be honest. It definitely wasn’t instant. I hit the 20k read posts sometime in the afternoon and when I hopped on later that day I showed as tl3.
