While normally I would agree that peak hours are well before an hour or two after midnight… we’re all in quarantine. A lot of people’s sleep schedules don’t look the same and they’re staying up a little later.
Not that it really matters because WrA isn’t equivalent to the old MW2 servers. People are online all the time. There are some EST people, like myself, who don’t be up that late but for the most part there are people online who probably could defend the city if they wanted to.
Generally speaking, the thought of defending against a city raid makes me tired. Raiding a city, on the other hand, is fun and exciting.

A shame that one person can cause so much damage. Life isn’t fair.
But I don’t think anyone said “no one can do this” and people were pointing out one problem individual with a history. If there’s any stigma, that’s entirely on the use of accents in rp on it’s own.
Accents are at their core caricatures of racist ideologies. Used to highlight certain harmful stereotypes of marginalized people, most common in Troll harem guilds all speaking in some form of Jamaican accent.
I would hope that those kind of things are not considered acceptable on this server anymore, they used to be big in the past but thankfully themes like that seem to be side eyed and warned off before they take root.

Most people I know think they’re obnoxious and hard to read, plus there’s an entire can of worms to go into about the stereotypical nature of the accents and how tone deaf trolls are in general.

Well yes, but actually no.
At least not until we get a storyline we’re never going to get where the right people take power and work to address various issues to ensure the cycle stops. Probably wont happen since Jaina is the furthest along for it and has only finished half of it.
