Forget the categories. Put all CC effects in one DR category. This will fix PVP, improve balance, and make Arenas fun again.

It’s funny how this thread is still going all this time later.

As much as I like eso, they do this and nothing dies. There are a lot of times I’ll just abandon a fight because it was going for 5 mins and nothing was really changing

Rogues shouldn’t be able to 2s cheap shot after a 6s kidney while still performing their maximum burst window.

If I put a dollar for these types of posts, in a jar, I would be a millionaire. Since I played arena since TBC until today, this will never be fixed even if common sense is a factor.

Blizzard doesn’t care… That’s why there are pvp issues that started with Vanilla that still never been fixed after what, 18 years…

And yet here we are… Restro Druids can spam cyclone back to back. So your 18 second window theory is moot.

I’m all for a Cata Style revamp where all classes lose half their abilities. Rework it. All classes have too much stun fear hex poly cyclones. Classes should feel unique again. Warriors don’t need 2 leaps, a fear, spell reflect, healing, sword defensive, etc. this goes for every class I’m not just picking on warriors. They’re just a class I know pretty well.

when are all CC be grouped into a single dimishing return? please do it asap

cool lets add something called precognition into the game so that players cant chain cc anymore GREAT IDEA!!! or lets say we missed a kick and we want to stun because we missed a KICK welp to bad you just wasted your stun into PRECOGNITION lol the worst thing you ever added to this game and the legit reason pvp is in the spot its in is because of this one little ability you added.

Recommend adding kick lockout durations.

Also, please make shear lockout long enough you can hex off of the kick.

cc is still just utter bull piss in arena… improve diminishing return…maybe nerf the length of spells like cyclone or put 4 to 6 charges on cc trinket… with no more than 30 second recharge rate. cooldown for use. solo shuffle is a total shift show unbalanced and unfair …especailly when the comp agianst you has multiple spamable ccs as you get stun locked defeated 50 percent of matches… do better blizzard your game is losing its appeal

There is a gamemode for you that has almost no crowd control. Its called mythic + you should go play it and pretend the mobs are players.

If the list is 4 pages you may have a bit too much CC in the game. Time to rationalize that down to a smaller list. For example, there is no reason for a high damage and high survival class to have massive amounts of CC. It’s gotten out of hand!

I believe when a cc is immuned it should also count toward DR. for instance if a priest phase shifts a CC, then they should be rewarded for that by the CC counting toward DR. Same with Druids and sheep, etc.

CC is way too long for solo healing to not just be frustrating. I really want to play healer in solo, but ffs when you get cloned for 6, then 4 then 2 then coil-feared then feared then feared. It’s pretty infuriating.

Pro tip, nobody in the game likes to be feared and stunned, Or feared and slowed, or knocked back and mind controlled, ,or turned into a farm animal, and then cloned. All CC should DR all CC.
