THIS, there needs to be gear cap potential for non-arena players so that there is potential for them to join arena when they feel comfortable and with gear on the same level.

These games LIVE and breath and thrive when there are casuals playing and everything that is done should be setup so that they want to play / enjoy playing..

Making the game too exclusive hurts the more niche players because even the top raid guilds depend on fresh players to fill the ranks when one of their gamers “quits” for reasons personal to themselves.

Without the casuals there is no game; most would be very wise to remember that.

Now if we could just get a fix for BG’s not giving conquest past the first win that would be amazing. Honestly you could even buff it. Your already getting conquest at a much slower rate than just spam losing arenas but this way you just make everybody happy.
