I’ve said for awhile, Alliance/Horde factions should be converted to NPC factions similar to the old Aldor/Scryer BC style, and allow players to pick which side THEY want for their characters.
There’s plenty of examples and even achievements for swapping sides with those too, so there should be a lengthy quest chain/rep grind to allow for it.
