Nope.

Its easy to spot the Ally players.

Standing in bad. Calling for Hero at inopportune times… Hopped up on Mountain Dew talking about Roblox.

I told myself “Oh boy, I can already see the bickering increase in group chat between factions” and sure enough, my first cross faction group had pretty rude people. But I’m still pretty excited about it. I’d love for Dungeon Finder to also be cross faction but this is already a step forward for making grouping a little faster.

I had the same thought lol! I was like, yay! Finally we’ll be able to have worgens in our group!

I didn’t test it so far, but I have question. I guess you can chat normally in party right? You can use instance chat like you’re same faction ?

I think we should start with cleaning up the lore, making open world adventuring more expansive, adding more ‘little stories’/side quests for flavor, getting rid of scaling and pop-ups to increase open world immersion and adding more role-playing tools and features.

And then go from there.

Some observations I made about it.

Seems to be maybe 10x as many M+ groups now. However it is harder to get a group as a tank. I tank M+ and could easily get a group I noticed many groups already having tanks. If you have horde players they all seem to do slightly different routes than alliance players. Which is weird for a tank when you have the whole group going a different direction from the way you are use to going. Having a larger player pool seemed to also put way more less skilled players in there as well. Also tons of low ilvl people in 15s. In alliance groups most people were at least 270 for 15s but I was seeing a lot of 260 horde players. I guess when you have a smaller amount of players on the alliance side before people only took 270+

Ehhh, won’t affect me. When I get back into raiding it’ll be a Horde-only guild and they’ll go on being horrified at the idea of gnomes and such joining… no reason to invite Allies anyway with like 5:1 Horde players.

Sure would be nice if cross faction was a part of any part of the game I play.

its a great start. did a easy 1800 push last night on my horde with my friends ally. Now we need cross faction guilds and random events

I just met one of the best shamans ever last night and he’s alliance! I’m loving the new cross faction dungeons. This is one of the best things Blizzard has ever added to this game.

Last night I checked the group finder just to see how it looked. Sooo many more groups as an alliance player. Most of them were horde lol.
