In all seriousness Clark, anyone here that did ‘qualify’ and get in wouldn’t be able to change much as the decisions are made by a bigger body of individuals.

That said, I’m surprised they are hiring since they usually just promote internally.

I’m guessing this is for the next expansion and to fill out the roles left by the ex-devs who have retired or moved on from the company.

Clark doesn’t like common sense like this.

Exactly. Constructive feedback or constructive criticism are some of the greatest learning tools we have so long as that criticism isn’t being harmful or hurtful. The problem is that many people cannot take criticism because they don’t understand the difference & take it negatively. Or, in my cousin’s case, they think they’re better than they really are.

Or in this case, Blizzard’s like that one friend who keeps coming to you asking for “Constructive Feedback” on something he did, you put in the time and effort and he goes back and comes back again with the same mistakes asking for the same “Constructive Feedback” over and over again.

Basically he wants you to tell him what he wants to hear: He’s the best.

I don’t use that term and I don’t agree. But generally asking for feedback only to discard and ask for it again implies that they think they’ll get something different.

It’s why you see white knights come up with the famous “Give constructive feedback” argument when they conveniently ignore all the months of carefully curated constructive feedback being tossed into the garbage

That’s the reason people are angry right now and why white knights seem “impervious” by saying “Lol don’t be rude and negative give some useful feedback or quit”.
