This is the AMD Shader Cache crashing issue. I covered all the possible steps to resolve this here: Wow randomly crashing since 8.1 - #15 by Laorne-proudmoore
You will likely need to swap to DirectX 11 until the problem is completely resolved. Feel free to try the other recommendations in the thread, though.
