How can i obtain the Sparks?

You are looking for the spark of the “current season.”
Whilst Season 4 of DF isn’t the “current” season, it should be the state in which the game was set to at the end of it. Alternatively you could go to Season 1, 2, or 3 activities of Dragonflight and farm bosses, activities, etc. to obtain those season’s spark as I think that will also work.
I haven’t gone back to farm old sparks before, so I’m not sure what “state” or “season” DF is currently set to. But determine that and farm that season’s spark and you’ll get 'em.
The way we used to obtain sparks were via a weekly quest in the “current season’s hub” (Valdrakken, Loamm, or the Emerald Dream camp). As well as killing bosses, doing weekly world quest activities like the Emerald Dream quests outside of the Emerald dream (the ones that give you dust; or stuff like the Fyrakk’s invasion).

It’s still possible to get Sparks of Ingenuity from a short and simple quest .
You can do this on as many alts as you have. I even did it on class trials back in DF. You can send your main personal work orders with these sparks. This helps them level their professions.
