Per the title, crafting the backbone pet steals 750 Reservoir Anima from the player, which is mentioned nowhere on the recipe.
When presented with this issue in game GM Athradach refuses to refund the anima because I’d sent the item purchased to another player, and Customer Service Employee Kalviery seemingly thought their role was to insult me for not seeing an ‘intended’ anima cost that is absent from the recipe, and act as if I don’t have an avenue for being refunded the stolen anima.
