no, because making a talent that makes dispatch hit twice based on a rng chance and then make it a choice node with something that is reliably consistent such as bte having no cd in stealth windows. is just a bad idea. your putting the most rng part of outlaw (ss double procing) and making outlaw double reliant on it
inb4 “aces is rng” yes aces is rng, but your forgetting that you can get max combopoints within vanish with fan the hammer and other generators for atleast 3-4 bte in your vanish windows without aces procing
They could do that or just buff GSW because it is hot garbage right now.
They could move GSW to be a choice node with crackshot and significantly buff it, something like a band-aid solution for now
And replace the GSW spot with Celerity.
Celerity would fix so many issues right now. ADR gaps with this bad proc reliant design and energy nerf are just so painful.
The only downside is that HO/CrackShot would become stronger but it would also open up other builds though. KIR builds would be better if Celerity existed.
Personally I think we should move GS up the tree a little and add current tier bonus as a talent and tune it appropriately where its actually worth playing around.
That way, the left side of the tree isnt even stronger than it is now. Would also add more synergy with GSW.
I am inclined to agree that Ghostly Strike doesn’t belong as a cap stone.
An updated Expose Armor would be a fantastic capstone for a spender-heavy or builder-heavy build.
Or they can make PVP talent Enduring Brawler a PVE talent.
