Petopia doesn’t show her as being tameable, but you can tame a Docile Cloudroom along the coastline of Isle of Dorn and it looks the exact same.
I wasn’t lucky at all. I simply put in the time and effort to grind it. It took me about 7.5k attempts to get 10 shards. Most people get them all within about 10k attempts. All up it took me about a month or so to get.
