It’s saves under 45min every 24 hours, IF you have 100% uptime on it (which means you only play 2 of every 3 hours, and never die)… and it costs you 36 of those ~45 minutes just to keep the buff active.
That additional 9 minutes you save on the path between 25-40 is more than lost in the time it takes to get the bag. Now, the RXP consumables can make up the difference, but only if they have to be used before 40. If they can be saved, they absolutely should be saved until ~57+

Don’t need to personally get it either. Anyone in your parry / raid can use your bedroll when you drop it.
The real bonuses for the questline is the 8 Consumables that provide you a grand total of 32 Bars of Rested Experience.
Yeah that’s crazy. Definitely gotta do that before Phase 3 and save those consumables for 40-50
By the time you even get it you could have leveled 3 times plus in the 3 minutes you afk in it you could just be farming even better xp honestly not worth at all
