I have been having issues since yesterday afternoon. Cox, Irvine CA

Just very long lag spikes. It made raiding nearly impossible and I have had trouble loading things like mission tables in the game on top of that today.

I’m experiancing the same issues, tho I am with Spectrum, not COX. Everything was perfectly fine, then we went out to eat dinner, and when I came back, I was continuosly disconnected from the game and had extremely high latency. Thinking I needed to reset my computer, I went ahead and restarted it, and now I can’t even log into battlenet.

I can confirm that switching to VPN can solve the issue.

I’m on Cox and was getting 2800ms ping, and dropped down to 80ms once I turned my VPN on.

I reccomend using Proton VPN. Extremely easy to use and free with unlimited data usage. my ping is a constant 60 ms (typically 30 when not having to use this workaround). The game is at least playable right now

has anyone got an error that their blizzard account was not found when they try logging back in after a DC? or is that something els because it just started happening, had to leave a raid last night as a healer because everyone was moonwalking

So I used my phone’s Wi-Fi hotspot to get around this Cox issue and could finally do group content without all the latency. Might work for some of you in a pinch.
