Or so little that you havenât had to file taxes. Or if you were unemployed in the last two years. Or if you are on SSI disability.
You do understand you wonât see that check easily for another month or soâŚ
If youâre on SSI disability they already said you automatically qualify even if you didnât file taxes.
If youâre in the US, thereâs food banks.
So, whatâs your point in this bloated rebuttal?
That $15/month for wow is that bad?
You argue that better value could be obtained from purchasing a dvd.
But finding the greatest value, dollar for dollar, wasnât being proposed.
What was proposed was that $15/month isnât that bad.
Blizz needs to pay their employees too.
Everyone on SSI disability gets the stimulus.
You mean Bobby Kotick needs a 3rd YacthâŚ
Most people who need that stimulus check REALLY need it to survive. The lack of any kind of social safety net in the US is going to hurt a lot of people.
I wouldnât turn down free beer. That reminds me I am out of beer.
regardless of them being considered essential, many have closed down because of the virus.
This is really just taking the issue of her part of the comment that is about the movies that is around $15. I wasnât going after her agreement with WoWâs $15.
âŚWhere did i said or implied that? Can you point that out to me?
Infact, didnât i said this?
Last time i check, WoW is a video game.
Itâs not just the DVD, itâs digital download as well that iâve mentioned on there.
But whatâs wrong with buying a copy to keep at home exactly?
Because there are no middle class people working at Blizz who also need a paycheck âŚ
Certainly.
And then you went into a long-winded and ultimately pointless rant about 90 minute movies and overpriced popcorn.
âŚand your preference for chicken.
I like chicken fingers, so Iâll have to agree with you on that topic.
That one? Iâl agree that i shouldâve worded that i was going after the movie part and not her agreement with WoW, like iâve said beforeâŚ
Well first off, i say overpriced cause these venues often have snack prices that is way more expensive then getting it from like the grocery store, due to business reasons, being that they want you to buy their popcorn.
Second, how is my rant where i explained why owning a copy of something is better then going out to the theaters is pointless? ![]()
Amen, Fried Chicken is yummy. ![]()
Their prices are asinine.
I wouldnât mind a little markup for convenienceâs sake but theyâre gouging people outright.
I wonder if their profit margins are so thin that they need the concession stand to make ends meet?
Yea, another reason why i stay home and watch my DVD or Digi downloads, so i can eat all the popcorn i want without going over $20. Or if i did, i would get way more popcorn at home then i ever would at the theaters.
That and⌠you know those barrels of popcorn that has like 3 - 6 flavors around christmas time?
Nope. Not in America. Theyâll get laid off if it gets bad enough for the company so Bobby Kotick can keep paying for his 4 houses.
Fixed it for you.
Well, i prefer both, so⌠![]()
