See, if you knew more about how arena titles worked you would know that when you are awarded one you get them all concurrently, on the same day. At least back then when titles were awarded at the start of a new season.
I also earned some of the lower titles in Burning Crusade but there were no achievements then so that was actually the first day anyone could have those achievements.

Just tell the truth when you lay down an argument for discussion: You want to be able to take “the best covenant” for whatever content it is you want to do, and you want to be able to look up what the best covenant is and how best to build them.
You do NOT want to make choices, because if you have to make a choice you’re afraid you might make the wrong one and the last thing you want is to get called out for making the wrong choice.
You don’t want to have to take responsibility for a choice, or justify anything you have done. You don’t want to get passed up for a raid spot or a spot in a M+ group because the covenant you picked is a 0.01% damage loss over “the correct covenant”, and that is you only concern.
Yes it is. Your entire argument is about min/max and nothing else. You’re scared that if you can’t look it up on wowhead or icyveins you’ll pick the wrong one, and if you can’t just swap at the drop of a hat that the shallow people you think you play WoW with will do what shallow people do and drop you.

I can’t predict how any of this will play out, but if the outcome is that your covenant is one more reason you won’t be able to participate in PUG dungeons, raids, pvp teams, etc. then I don’t see it doing the game any favors.
Yes, it’ll be fine for those people lucky enough to mainly be playing with real world friends. What percent of the modern player base can reliably do that I wonder? Most of mine have long since moved on…

There are just a lot of the same trolls in here, there is no benefit to the game or player to lock you into an ability and not make it easy to swap for the content you’re doing. It’s the same people constantly harassing the people who want to freely swap, they just like that people are going to suffer.

It’s about having options when I play. I want to try different stuff. Some might work better for the content I enjoy. That isn’t min/max. It’s literally just how I might want to play the game.
Did you play in legion? Did you try different legendaries? Some were more fun for some content. Some were almost a requirement for playing. These covenant abilities could be like that. I don’t want to see that happen.
