Add the Charming Courier owl mount (with Skyriding!) to your multitude of mounts
The Charming Courier mount is not available for World of Warcraft Classic games and is shared across all present and future WoW Modern characters. It automatically scales to the fastest riding skill known by each character, and if characters aren’t at a high enough level to use a flying mount, Charming Courier will also act as a ground mount.

I tried to call the governor to commute your sentence, but was told it was too late.

Don’t worry. We all are sometimes.
The only problem I have with it is that it can’t be used when doing dragonriding races. I was mounted on it, but the game switched it to the Renewed Proto-Drake when I initiated the race.

If you’ve unlocked dragonriding by now it’s a dragonriding mount… but as much as I hate to say this you all know what needs to be a flying mount? Player housing needs to be a flying mount you can like park and roam about and land anywhere you desire it to be without it being dismissed as you do so… probably easier to make happen too so more likely to happen. I’ll show myself out, but yeah I thought of how GW2 did their boats and thought that kinda system would make player housing possible…so for all you nuts about it there you go… have a good day

How dare you correct someone and put out their own mistake they accused someone else of not doing. Shame on you. 
Yeah but the admission of a mistake turns the flavor of the meat rancid for the lions and now we have to go elsewhere for the pouncing.

Dragonriding is being renamed to Skyriding either in The War Within’s pre-patch (July 23rd) or launch (August 22nd for early access and August 26th for everyone else). The Charming Courier currently is a Dragonriding mount, so the only change will be the naming convention of its flight mode and the ability to use it as a traditional flying mount called Steady Flight at one of the aforementioned dates.
And you cant use it in races.

Kalimdor Cup is on the Calendar for January 9th-22nd. Eastern Kingdom April 10th-23rd. Outland July 10th-23rd. Calendar only goes a year in advance.
Some of those may change, because I have seen on some other PTR or Beta calendar (I forget which) a Broken Isles Cup, which I don’t believe we’ve gotten yet.
